- Is TheraMind Connect free to use?
- Yes. Browsing the directory, comparing professionals, and sending an appointment request are free for people seeking care. Professionals pay for their listing.
- Do I need an account?
- No. An optional account lets you save providers, compare them, and track appointment requests, but the full directory is public.
- What does the verification badge mean?
- It means our team reviewed the credential documents a professional submitted — license type, state, and supporting documentation — before the badge was awarded. It is not a clinical endorsement, and it is never granted automatically from a typed license number.
- Does TheraMind Connect provide therapy or medication?
- No. TheraMind Connect is a discovery and connection platform. All care, diagnosis, and prescribing happen directly with the licensed professional you choose.
- How do appointment requests work?
- You send a short message with your preferred contact method and availability. The professional receives it in their dashboard and replies to you directly. We do not sell or share your request with anyone else.
- Are paid plans ranked higher clinically?
- No. Plan level affects profile features and visibility placement only. Promoted placement is always labeled and never presented as a credential or a clinical rating.
- What if I am in crisis?
- TheraMind Connect is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. In the US you can also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or text HOME to 741741.
- How do I report a profile?
- Every provider profile has a Report Profile option. Reports go to our review team, and profiles can be suspended while we investigate.
