What the service is

TheraMind Connect is a directory that helps people discover and contact licensed mental health professionals. We do not provide healthcare, diagnosis, treatment, medication, or crisis services, and we are not a party to the care relationship between you and any professional.

Using the directory

You may browse and search without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you submit. Do not use the service to harass professionals, scrape listings, or send unsolicited commercial messages.

Professional listings

Professionals must hold an active, appropriate license in the states where they practice, and must keep their listing accurate — including license status, insurance participation, and whether they are accepting new patients.

Submitting false credential information, or misrepresenting licensure or scope of practice, results in removal. We may suspend a listing while a report or verification question is reviewed.

Verification

A verification status reflects our documentary review at a point in time. It is not a clinical endorsement, a guarantee of quality or outcome, or a substitute for confirming a license with the relevant state board.

Paid plans and promoted placement

Professionals may purchase plans that add profile features, analytics, and visibility placement. Paid placement is labeled and never presented as a clinical rating. Plan level does not affect verification review.

Limitations

The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant that any professional will be available, appropriate for your needs, or in-network with your insurance. Confirm licensure, coverage, and fit directly with the professional.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves and will note the effective date at the top of this page.
